BATON ROUGE, LA – The inaugural American Airlines nonstop flight to Washington Reagan National Airport departed the Baton Rouge Metro Airport (BTR) at 5:42 a.m. today with a 9:20 a.m. scheduled arrival in Washington. BATON ROUGE, LA – Passenger volume at the Baton Rouge Metro Airport (BTR) was up 14.7% in June 2023 compared to the same month last year with 66,827 total passengers flying in and out of the airport. The airport’s year-to-date passenger count through June is up 16.5% at 360,584.
