The Baton Rouge Metro Airport (BTR) is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in or denied the benefits of its services on the basis of disability as provided by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and/or Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Section 504) which prohibits recipients of financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation from engaging in discrimination based on disability.
